The Bedford Historical Society rents the
Historical Hall on a daily basis for catered wedding receptions, parties,
meetings, lectures and exhibitions .

- Portable public address system is available for a $75 rental fee.
2008 Rental Rates
$1500 per day on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays
$550 per day on Monday thru Thursday.
In addition to the daily fee, there is a $100 cleaning fee and a $250 damage deposit which is fully refundable upon inspection after the event.
With respect for the age of the building, rentals for commercial purposes are extremely limited, reserved for local businesses and considered only on a case by case basis.
The Bedford Historical Society reserves the right to deny availabilty in order to protect this historic structure.
Arrangements for visiting and renting the Hall are made by calling the Bedford Historical Society at (914) 234-9751. Once an available date has been selected and confirmed, you may download and complete the rental agreement from the link below. The date is secured upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee.
