Renting Historical Hall

The Bedford Historical Society rents Historical Hall for wedding receptions, bar/bat mitzvahs, parties, celebrations, meetings, lectures and exhibitions.

  • 32' x 31' large meeting hall with four pillars
  • 3/4 wrap around interior balcony
  • 18' x 16' stage
  • 14' x 8' room on stage level
  • Two restrooms
  • 8' x 15' kitchen with a refrigerator, two ovens, two four burner stoves, a sink & countertop with open shelves, space for a microwave.  No freezer
  • Air-conditioned
  • Capacity is 150 – 250 (with tent)
  • 20' x 40' brick patio suitable for a tent (expands capacity to 250)
  • 100 brown, aluminum, cushioned chairs
  • Four aluminum banquet tables (72"x30")
  • Standing podium that can be made available upon request
  • Portable public address system is available for a $75 rental fee 

2009 Rental Rates

  • $1500 per day on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays
  • $550 per day on Monday thru Thursday

Rental Information

In addition to the daily fee, there is a $100 cleaning fee and a $250 damage deposit which is fully refundable based on the facility’s condition after the event.

Call the Bedford Historical Society at (914) 234-9751 to make arrangements to visit and rent the Hall. Once an available date has been selected and confirmed, you may download and complete the rental agreement from the link below. The date is secured upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee. 

Please call for non-profit and commercial rental rates. The Bedford Historical Society reserves the right to deny availability in order to protect this historic structure.
